Deep Space Message Platform

HUMANS

Powerhouse Museum × MIT · International Astronautical Congress 2025

As sole engineer, designed and built the public-facing platform behind HUMANS — a collaboration between Powerhouse Museum and MIT's nanotechnology laboratory. The platform collected thousands of recorded human messages for transmission to deep space via Lunar Outpost and Intuitive Machines, scheduled for 2027.

Presented at the 76th International Astronautical Congress — the world's foremost astronautics forum, attracting over 4,500 delegates from 50+ countries — held in Sydney, October 2025.

Led the ICT delivery for a landmark collaboration between Powerhouse Museum and M+ — Hong Kong's museum of contemporary visual culture and one of the largest modern art institutions in the world. Applied advanced 3D scanning and digital twin technology to represent Australian collection objects across a 65-metre LED facade, reaching audiences of millions globally.

$1.3 Billion Precinct

Parramatta

Powerhouse · Sole Engineer

Data and integration architect for the $1.3 billion Powerhouse Parramatta precinct — the largest investment in Australian cultural infrastructure since the Sydney Opera House. Defined the enterprise data and integration layer across ticketing (Tessitura), CRM (Prospect2), venue operations (Momentus Elite), collections (EMU/Axiell), and CMS (Sanity), with Workato and Next.js bridging the stack across all Powerhouse precincts including Ultimo, Castle Hill, Sydney Observatory, Sydney Science Festival, and Sydney Design Week.
